Who is the administrator?
We are SPECTRA spol. s r.o., ID 15546608, with registered office in Zlínská 1152, 763 11 Vizovice, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Brno, Section C, File 948 of 18 April 1991, which operates the website spectrachemie.cz. We process your personal data as a controller, i.e. we determine how the personal data will be processed and for what purpose, for how long and we select any other processors who will assist us with the processing.

Scope of personal data and purposes of processing
We process personal data that you entrust to us for the following reasons (to fulfill these purposes):
- provision of services, performance of the contract
We process your personal data in the range of name, surname, e-mail, telephone, address and job position, which we absolutely need to fulfill the contract (e.g. processing a price offer, delivery of goods, service, etc.)
- bookkeeping
If you are our customers, we need your personal data (billing information) in order to comply with the legal obligation to issue and record tax documents.
- sending business messages in the context of marketing activities
We use your personal data in the range of name, surname, e-mail, gender, what you click on in the e-mail and when you most often open it for the purpose of sending commercial messages within the framework of direct marketing.
If you are our customer, we do so out of legitimate interest, as we reasonably assume that you are interested in our news, for 2 years from the last order.
If you are not our customer, we will only send you commercial communications on the basis of your consent, for a period of 2 years from the date of granting.
In either case, you can opt out of receiving commercial communications by using the unsubscribe link in each email sent.
- advanced marketing based on consent
Only with your consent, we may also send you third-party offers or use your email address for remarketing and targeting ads on Facebook, for a period of 2 years from the date of consent. Of course, this consent can be withdrawn at any time via our contact details.
We retain your personal data for the duration of the limitation periods, unless the law provides for a longer period of retention or we have not specified otherwise in specific cases.
Security and protection of personal data
We protect personal data to the maximum extent possible with the help of modern technologies that correspond to the level of technical development. We protect them as if they were our own. We have taken and maintain all possible (currently known) technical and organizational measures to prevent the misuse, damage or destruction of your personal data, in particular:
- Logins to all software tools that help us process your personal data are password protected and are only accessible to a limited number of employees who absolutely need it.
- When storing documents in electronic form, we use verified providers of secure cloud services, and of course all data is encrypted.
- We limit the documents in paper form that we store and archive to the minimum necessary. They are stored in a vault or in a lockable archive cabinet and are regularly shredded. Only documents for which this is required by law are archived and only for the strictly necessary period specified by this Act.
Transfer of personal data to third parties
Your personal data can be accessed by our employees and associates.
To ensure specific processing operations that we cannot provide on our own, we use the services and applications of processors who can protect data even better than us and specialize in the processing.

It is possible that in the future we will decide to use other applications or processors to facilitate and improve the processing. However, we promise you that in such a case when choosing, we will place at least the same demands on the processor in terms of security and quality of processing as on ourselves.
Transfer of data outside the European Union
We process data exclusively in the European Union or in countries that provide an adequate level of protection on the basis of a decision of the European Commission.
Your rights in relation to the protection of personal data
You have a number of rights in relation to the protection of personal data. If you wish to exercise any of these rights, please contact us via email info@spectrachemie.cz.
- You have the right to the information that is already filled in by this information page with the personal data processing policy.
- Thanks to the right of access, you can call us at any time and we will provide you with proof within 30 days what personal data we process and why.
- If something changes about you or you find your personal data to be out of date or incomplete, you have the right to have your personal data completed and changed.
- You can exercise the right to restrict processing if you believe that we are processing your inaccurate data, you believe that we are processing unlawfully, but you do not want to delete all the data or if you have objected to the processing. You can limit the scope of personal data or the purposes of processing, for example, by unsubscribing from e-mail, you limit the purpose of processing for sending commercial communications.
- The right to portability ensures that if you would like to take your personal data and transfer it to someone else, we will proceed in the same way as when exercising the right of access. Only with the difference that we deliver the information to you in a machine-readable form. Here we need at least 90 days.
- The right to erasure (to be forgotten) is your next right. We don't want to forget you, but if you wish, you have the right to do so. In this case, we will delete all your personal data from our system as well as from the systems of all sub-processors and backups. We need 30 days to secure the right of erasure. In some cases, we are bound by a legal obligation, for example, we have to register the issued tax documents after the period stipulated by law. In this case, we will delete all such personal data that are not bound by any other law. We will notify you by email of the completion of the deletion.
Complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection
If you feel that we are not treating your data in accordance with the law, you have the right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection with your complaint at any time. We would be very happy if you first inform us of this suspicion so that we can do something about it and correct any misconduct.
Unsubscribe from sending commercial communications
We send emails with news, products and services to you, if you are our customer, based on our legitimate interest. If you are not already a customer, we will only send them to you on the basis of your consent. In either case, you can stop receiving our emails by pressing the unsubscribe link in each email sent.
